Ashley Hopper, a to start with-quality teacher at Highland Elementary College, was recognized as an outstanding educator by the Mid-Hudson School Study Council.
Hopper gained the award from Highland Central School District Superintendent Thomas Bongiovi at a Board of Schooling meeting on Tuesday, May 18.
