The Day – Friends & Neighbors: Griswold students win contest

Dozens of college students in the Griswold faculty district acquired to participate in an animal essay contest co-sponsored by the rescue business All Paws on Deck and Centreville Lender that resulted in numerous successful $100 funds prizes, including sixth-grade winner Natasha Ali.

Learners had been requested to compose about four animal linked subjects for a chance to earn a prize, compliments of the bank. Each individual class that participated received a pizza social gathering courtesy of Surrell’s Pizza.

3rd graders applied their imagination to develop an animal holiday break, and winner Madisyn Trowbridge-Adams designed up Spoil Your Pet Day. In accordance to her, on this holiday getaway each individual pet would get distinctive remedy.
